Kristine Bhalla is a Partner at ClearBridge Compensation Group with over fifteen years of experience advising boards and senior management on compensation strategy and design.

Kristine advises clients across numerous industries and ownership structures, including S&P 500 companies as well as many small- to mid-cap companies.  Her experience spans executive compensation, incentive plan design, and director compensation. Kristine has advised clients through many complex and transformational business situations, including significant experience advising on transactional situations such as M&A, IPOs, SPAC transactions, and spinoffs.

Kristine is frequently quoted in major publications such as The Wall Street Journal and Agenda. She is a frequent speaker on emerging trends in executive compensation and has been a guest lecturer at Wharton’s Executive Education program focusing on Women on Boards. Prior to joining ClearBridge, Kristine worked at Mercer in the New York office. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Georgetown University.

Kristine lives in Boulder, CO with her husband, two young sons, and her 8-year-old Australian Cattle Dog, Pepper.
