We partner with boards, Compensation Committees, and management teams to develop compensation programs that drive long-term sustainable shareholder value. The decisions that boards and management teams face today are rarely black-and-white, and we excel at helping companies navigate the gray zone to balance competing priorities and develop the most effective solution.

Our History

Established in 2009, ClearBridge was created with the mission of offering exceptional, independent, and customized advice to our clients. Over the past decade, we have seen significant growth in both our team and clientele. In addition to our expansion in terms of personnel and clients, we have also broadened our geographical reach with offices in New York City and Boulder, Colorado. Our dedication to providing top-notch service to our clients and expanding our presence in the industry has remained at the forefront of our efforts since day one.

The name “ClearBridge” comes from the idea of providing transparent connections (a bridge) between shareholders and management. The concept of connection (connecting people, connecting ideas, and connecting with the community) is central to our mission as a firm. Throughout our website, you will find images of bridges that are meaningful to each member of our Leadership Team.

Community Involvement

At ClearBridge, we are committed to making a positive impact on our community. We regularly engage in philanthropic efforts, partnering with non-profit organizations such as God's Love We Deliver in New York, where our employees have the opportunity to assist with food preparation and the assembly of meals for those in the community who are suffering from life-altering illnesses.

In addition to these efforts, we also have a volunteer time off policy in place to support our employees in their individual efforts to give back to the community. This policy allows them to take time off work to volunteer at a charity of their choosing, furthering our company's commitment to making a difference in the world.
