Eric Labourdette is a Partner at ClearBridge Compensation Group, with nearly ten years of experience advising boards of directors and senior management on compensation strategy and design.
Eric advises clients across a range of industries, both publicly traded and privately held. He has experience in all areas of executive and board of director compensation, including incentive plan design, evaluating pay for performance, and analyzing incentive plan metrics in support of business priorities and the creation of long-term, shareholder value.
Eric has authored numerous articles and research reports on compensation-related matters and evolving market trends, and has been featured as a speaker at a variety of conferences and panels.
Eric attended Georgetown University where he majored in Economics and minored in Sociology and was a member of the Men’s Varsity Soccer Team. Outside of soccer, Eric is an avid skier and enjoys playing chess. Eric is a native New Yorker though his family is originally French and he regularly goes back to visit.
